Lifetime warranty support permanent replacement for damaged, or lost products (you don't need to return the original item).
For the damaged items
If your item is damaged or is not working, as your order has been registered lifetime warranty from us, you can contact our Support Center for replacement or full refund at any time,
In general, you don't need return the original one.Sometimes there are exceptions,if we need to do an in-depth analysis of the product problem and hope your help send back the defective product, we will pay the freight to you.
If the 1st replacement is still not workable, don't worry, after our technical team determines the item has defects again, we can apply full refund for you order or send you the second replacement after you return the 1st replacement to the address provided by our support team (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost).
What if the 2nd replacement can't work properly? We promise, as long as you like our items, want to use our items forever, we always be here for you.

For missing items
If there is an item missing, as your order has been registered lifetime warranty from us, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free.
What if the product is lost again? Sorry, the loss is not due to seller fault, we cannot always provide products at free cost for your order, otherwise it will be difficult for our enterprise to survive for a long time,please understand:) .
And sometimes we develope some new products, if you have time, we invite you to help do marketing research. That is too say, we will send you samples, you give us your thoughts back (not limited to color, size, feeling, function, packaging design, instruction manual, and your other comments). These will help us make improvement accordingly.
For wrong items
If we have shipped the wrong item( or wrong color),please carefully follow process to minimize any delays:
(1) Contact our Support Center with your order number (***-*******-*******) within 3 days of receiving your item.
(2) Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
(3) We will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).
Occiam will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when you send us the screenshot of parcel with tracking label.
